Inspiration for this image came from the recent 'Arabian Nights' miniseries on TV... Thus was born the concept for the demon, and probably also the influence for the quasi-middle-eastern architectural motif...
I had done a 'proof-of-concept' image of a transparent figure a couple of weeks ago, but put the actual development of this image on hold while I got some other ideas out of my head!
I don't have much else to say about the image (for once, I'll let it speak for itself!), except that it all came together in one session - much faster than my usual images, which may take several days to reach a level where I am satisfied. Minor tweaking only, over the next day, and - Voila!
