As I wrote before, the Bryce List Challenge for February 2004 was a shared project, to have the members create a vista of an alien landscape/cityscape from resources we create and share with each other...
I took the buildings I created in my preliminary version, created a few more variants (based on the original source scene, which can be seen here...); added some of the other buildings created and shared by my fellow Listies; and gradually built the scene up over the course of the month, as time permitted... Finally, I decided I really liked the 'glowing' effect of the lighting of the original (non-Bryce) image, so I played with a couple of layer blends in PhotoPaint, until it looked and felt 'done!' So, almost 2 days before the deadline, (and a full month after I posted my preliminary image!) here's the finished project! Whew!
